I am pleased to present myself as a dedicated psychotherapist based in Canada. A unique combination of my qualifications including a master’s degree in counselling psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy enables me to understand and deal with psychological issues at clinical level. I have diverse cross cultural life experiences with virtue of living in five countries and nurturing human relationships with multiple ethnicities. This rich blend of education and personal journey has shaped my understanding of people’s challenges across diverse communities. This lifelong journey of cultural intersectionality has also fueled my dedication to carving out my identity and understanding the diverse challenges people face. These experiences have highlighted the pervasive stigma around mental health in many communities. My passion lies in breaking down this stigma and offering support to those who feel lost or in need
